A recently formed tropical storm has formed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is currently located about 250 miles east of Mexico's California. Meteorologists are expecting that Barbara will intensify over the next few days. The storm is moving westward at around 10 mph. There remains un
